    Mise en place
Mise en place for a household event is more than just pre-chopping, pre-measuring and setting everything out in diminutive bowls in a straight line. True mise en place starts long before your event. Use your general checklist before your banqueting checklist

Wow – the world of communication has evolved hundred fold since I have been in grade 12 (or matric as we used to call it)
Today at SABA two young girls treated their mother to a beautiful Eggs Benedict breakfast in honour of Mothers day – and all of this was done via a live, internet feed, however, an electrical crisis occurred and the feed was halted mid sentence..

Professionals as they are, our teachers did not raise a perfectly groomed eyebrow or blinked an eye.

Once power were restored, it was business as usual.

    Still aspiring..

    There is only one way…
