Hospitality Training Program (2nd of June 2014 – 3 weeks)

The South African Butler Academy will be hosting a 3 week International Hospitality (Hotel Services) Program at our prestigious Academy located in Century City, Sable Square.


For the individual focused on improving his / her  Hospitality skills , this programme teaches you advanced and basic  skills of Hospitality Operations as well as the management skills necessary in this dynamic and growing field.


Candidates who successfully complete this programme will be awarded The South African Butler Academy Certificate in Hospitality  which is a registered qualification.


The Program comprises of: 


  • Guest Relations; Front of House, Body Language and Demeanour, Communication & Etiquette
  • Food & Beverage; Table Service, Wine & Spirits, LQA Standards, Communication & Etiquette
  • Housekeeping;  Setting up a professional laundry system,  Creating the Wow factor, Special areas of expertise,  Room Service, Public Areas and Telephone etiquette


The cost of the course:

  • The Cost is broken down in 3 parts or as a full course, you choose.
  • The cost per week is R5 500 or R12 500 for 3 weeks training.
  • We also provide accommodation for full course applications at an all inclusive rate of R15 400
  • Full payment will be required upon registration
  • Upon completion of either 1 week or 3 weeks, you will receive a Certificate
