It is with the greatest pleasure to announce our 4th successful International Seven Star Butler Training program conducted at the luxurious Royal Livingstone Hotel in Zambia.
Braam van der Westhuizen and Allison Mitchell two chief trainers at the South African Butler Academy conducted our signature hotel butler training program for 15 professional butlers.
During the course of the seven star program, body demeanour, etiquette, valet service, signature butler services, food & beverage service, guest relations, protocol, housekeeping standards, culinary terminology, wine knowledge and the art of cross selling was covered. All of which is part of the butlers role within a hotel or resort.
The Royal Livingstone Hotel is a luxurious 5*plus hotel situated on the Zambian side of the Victoria Falls. The hotel stretches along the banks of the Zambezi River, just a short walk to the entrance of The Victoria Falls.
